Once approved, we manage procurement, coordinate trades and schedule works. Installation day brings the final styling and handover, followed by aftercare support to ensure your space performs beautifully.

Our fees reflect the scope, complexity and pace of your project. After an initial consultation, we propose either a fixed design fee or an hourly rate, with procurement handled at trade pricing plus a transparent administration charge. Budgets are set together and refined before ordering. Payments are staged to milestones, and any travel or specialist surveys are agreed in advance. Our home fragrance collection is separately priced in our shop.

Timelines vary by scope and supplier lead times. As a guide, concept design typically takes 2-4 weeks, detailed design 3-6 weeks, and procurement 4-12 weeks depending on bespoke elements. Renovations may run 6-20 weeks. A single-room refresh or styling day can complete within 2-3 weeks of briefing. We share a project programme at the outset and update you regularly. Home fragrance orders usually dispatch within 2-3 working days.

Absolutely. We love weaving treasured pieces into new schemes. Wherever possible we reupholster, refinish and rehome existing items, designing around their proportions and patina. If something no longer serves, we can suggest resale or donation routes. Thoughtful reuse supports sustainability and preserves your story. Yes. Our e-design service delivers a complete remote scheme: video consultations, digital mood boards, scaled floor plans, elevations, a clickable shopping list and a styling guide. It’s ideal for refreshes, rentals or clients outside our in-person area. You can self-purchase, or we can procure on your behalf. We include post-delivery support by email for two weeks to help you install with confidence.

We offer full project management or can collaborate with your chosen builder. Our role includes tendering and appointing trusted trades, creating programmes, coordinating deliveries, overseeing site works, health and safety awareness, quality control and snagging. We attend regular site meetings and issue progress updates so you always know what’s next. Where required, we work alongside architects and structural engineers to protect the design intent and finish.

We work with clients across the UK and internationally via virtual services. For in-person projects, we travel nationwide subject to scope and availability; reasonable mileage or accommodation may be chargeable. We confirm costs in advance and schedule site visits efficiently to minimise disruption. Our procurement network ships to most UK addresses, and we can coordinate white-glove delivery where needed.
